Bones give us structure, support, strength and endurance. They are the "beams" that maintain posture and body weight. They also act as protective armor for soft and vulnerable parts.

The spine, involved in every movement of our body, carries the most important vital fluid for our health, the bone marrow.

Oriental practice of bone breathing is one of the most important Taoist gifts. It helps to regenerate the bone marrow and strengthen our immune system.

With the weakening of the bones we lose integrity, courage, motivation and the ability to value and focus.

This work has a deep overview and connection with the "foundations" of our body


Becoming aware, regenerating and strengthening our skeleton, while doing a work of awareness and body care that brings us well-being and listening. It also gives us a deeper opening to understand limitations that our body can somatize with problems of osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and other motor difficulties, with bones and joints in general.
