As we dissolve the neuromuscular tensions of the face and skull we approach a more relaxed attitude physically, emotionally and mentally.

Thanks to various techniques of toning, stimulation and facial relaxation, we eliminate local tightness and tensions in the face, neck and skull, relaxing the expression.


Exercising the facial muscles smooths the skin, prevents wrinkles and reaffirms tissues. We get better muscle tone, better blood supply and smoother features. It also gives us more energy by releasing energy blockages and toxins. It can help with insomnia, anxiety or tension headaches.

Truly "the face is the reflection of the soul," or rather the whole body. So we will work on the reflexological map of the face, affecting the health of the whole organism.

With toning, draining and reflex point stimulation exercises, breathing techniques and local relaxation, we will get cosmetic benefits and also inner beauty.
